We are very excited to have a consistent group of kids that are coming into the Community of Strength Project. It has been a few years since we have been able to build a community of kids that comes down consistently. They show up ready to work and appreciate all the advice that coach Jaclyn is giving them. We have seen some major improvements physically with a number of our athletes.
We have found that a sweet spot for us is 10-15 athletes per session. This allows us to give the kids instruction and attention. They have enjoyed learning power cleans and dread running days! Below a shot of four kids on the C2 bike pushing through a Tuesday workout.
